3 elements

I think, in order to for a gothic story to be good it must have all three elements. whether it be some of one element and more of the others or have all the elements in equal use. There are gothic stories that base the story more off of the action and supernatural and only a little bit on the atmostphere. For example, a lot of horror movies like Day of The Dead or Paranormal Activity. Day of The Dead focuses more on the action and paranormal element of the movie, zombies,guns,death,explosions, all that. Paranormal activity focuses a lot more on the atmosphere in order to scare people, and obviously on the supernatural a lot too since the movie is about spirits. The movie only focuses a little bit on action, only at the parts where it scares the audience. In Frankenstein Mary Shelley uses all of these elements equally. Action for example, when the monster is running at Victor or when the monster kills anyone. Atmostphere when Victor describes his surroundings with great detail and Frankenstein has the supernatural element obviously because it is about a scientist who creates a monster.

If someone stole my phone the first thing I would do is tell my grandpa. The reason I would tell him first is because once that man has his mind set on something he is so determined to complete it. After I tell him, we would then go to sprint and ask them to track the phone. Once we know the location my grandpa would drive to where the phone is and comepletely obliterate whom ever stole my brand new phone. My grandpa is kind of dramatic about things and takes things over board, so there is no doubt in my mind that he would actually drive wherever it is just to atleast confront the person and probobly threaten them a few times. In the end I would have my phone back and it would have been a very funny and fun experience.

One thing I hope to do on spring break is actually get a break. I know for a fact that is probobly not going to happen though. It is not fair that students get ANY school work over a break, whether it be a little or a lot. Here is the definition of spring break:a vacation from school or college during the spring term, lasting about a week. Why should I have to do work on vacation? Students do enough work in school and get homework frequently. This is one of the things that makes me furious about some teachers. To me it is like, just leave us alone and let us be care free for ONCE but no I guess we can not even have that, but whatever I guess. It is what it is right? I am just a minor so my opinion is not worth crap.

(just wanna say the next 4 blog posts arent in the right order probobly, because i never wrote the date on my papers) My boss is happy this day because finally gets to upgrade me to a knight. Me being a knight would mean that I am security. Since I love my job so much i decided to do it for free. He is happy because he gets free security and it is good security. I do not get promoted to just any knight though, I become "The Knight of Time" and I get these sweet Knight of Time pajamas. They are all red with a long hooded cape, a T-shirt with a red gear on the front and and brighter red undershirt and red pants. I also get an awesome sword. My boss owns the restaurant "The Krusty Lobster" and now people can eat there knowing they are safe, which brings him more business.

If I could have either, the ability to fly or the ability to turn invisisble, I would choose the ability to fly. First off, flying is better because I would be able to go anywhere I want without needing a car, gas, a bike or any type of vehicle and that is just amazing! Second, if I am ever in a dangerous situation or in a rush, I could always just fly away. For examle, if I am being chased by a psycho, nazi, swamp monster murderer I could just fly away with no harm done to me. My favorite reason for choosing flying is because I would use it to help people in anyway possible. I could also make some money off of it, "Taino the Flying Taxi Service©™". My last reason for flying would be because I think it would be so fun to dress up as Thor, Superman, Iron man, and any other super heroes that fly. Who wouldn't?

Hi my name is Axel. I have spikey red hair and a long black cloak and I carry two spiked rings as weapons. I am not sure where I am, but it is very empty and very dark. The last thing I remember is being surrounded by monsters and fighting them with a boy named Sora. He was a normal height teenage boy who had brown hair, black shorts and jacket. He carried a sword that looked like a big key, which apperently was quite strong since he was able to hold out longer than I.  We defeated the monsters one after another. It was like everytime we killed one, two more appeared. Eventually I could not do it anymore and I knew that Sora needed to make it out, he was important, he was a hero. I used all the energy left to blow away all of the monsters and as a result...well thats all I remember, and...now im here. In this dark, lonely abyss.

    I remember once I had to convince my grandma that I am not some sex and drug crazed teenager. I had asked her if I could go to this warehouse that my friends dad owned. We were going to play around and use the computer and have fun. She was being paranoid and thinking I was going to be doing all this bad stuff. She thought I was going to be making out, smoking weed, and things of that nature. I was so mad because there was absolutely no reason for her to think any of that because I had never broken her trust before so I was just like WHERE ARE YOU GOING THIS STUFF FROM!? I kind of went off slightly and was telling her that there was no reason for her to be thinking that and how mad it made me so angry and how offencive it was and hurtful that she would not believe me. I guess she felt bad and said "fine" eventually and she was right to trust me. She is still like that to this day and I have no clue why.

Because of these struggles I learned from my mistakes and accomplished more in my sophmore year. I learned that hating anything in school gets me no where and it does not get me a good grade so I just have to deal with it. By this mind set I went from being a C student in math to being an A-B student in math. I learned to actually apply myself to school too. I actually do asignments earlier now rather than doing them the night before they are due. These new skills have helped me accomplish getting far better grades than in my freshman year.
